Each 60-minute class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prep your body, followed by three structured circuits:
- 1. A full-body round with equipment.
- 2. A leg-focused set.
- 3. A core circuit. Then we repeat the series twice for a total-body burn.
We close with mindful breath work and a cool-down to leave you grounded and recharged.
Bring water, a towel, and sunscreen! We will provide equipment & a mat.
We meet on the sand directly in front of Jonathan Club, near lifeguard Tower 8 at Santa Monica Beach. If you park in Lot 8, just head toward the beach—you won’t miss us, especially with our new flag flying.
If you're parking, Lot 7, 8, or 9 at Santa Monica Beach are great options ($12 for all-day beach parking), or you can park on Montana Ave for free and walk down.
Classes are held Wednesday at 6:45 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM. Perfect for a sunset sweat or a weekend reset.
