GET TO KNOW THE FOUNDERS:
With their training background from Equinox, Matt & Jonny bring a ton of experience and a deep understanding of fitness strategies that promote a better quality of life. Matt also has a bachelors in Kinesiology at Cal Poly. The two are experts at increasing your muscle composition so that you can live longer, gain strength, and engage in all of your daily activities without feeling restricted. You will get high-level guidance and coaching that is difficult to find in today's market of trainers and group fitness instructors. Furthermore, they are both NASM certified, meaning they have a strong foundation in exercise science, biomechanics, and program design. You can be confident that they are creating workouts that are not only effective but also safe, with a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and personalized modifications.
EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
Our coaches hold certifications from NCSF and Equinox’s elite kettlebell training, ensuring every session is safe, effective, and designed for real results.

Beach HIIT Club began as a casual weekend workout between friends—former Equinox trainers who craved something more personal, grounding, and energizing than the standard studio class. Frustrated by overcrowded gyms and uninspiring routines, they took their training to the beach, combining expert instruction with the natural reset that comes from moving outdoors. What started as a few people on the sand quickly grew into a consistent, connected community. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-quality beach fitness with real coaching and real connection, Beach HIIT Club was born—designed to transform not just bodies, but the fitness experience itself.
